“Will my possessions be safe?”
Your unit has solid walls and floor with mesh roofing for ventilation & security. You provide the padlock for the door, bring your own or purchase from ourselves.
We have CCTV, smoke sensors, a fully monitored fire alarm and intruder alarm.
You will be asked at the time of occupation if you have named persons who are allowed access and this will be monitored by staff.

“Will I need to insure my contents?”
Yes. As a requirement of storage with us your unit contents MUST be insured at all times.
Please see the note of insurance on your quote and/or contract.

“When can I access my unit?”
Our opening hours are:
Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm
Saturday 9am – 3pm
Sunday Closed.
We are usually closed Bank Holidays. Please ask for further details if this falls outside your needs.

“How can I pay?”
We operate on a ‘pay as you go’ basis and we will invoice you at the end of each month by email or post.
We work on a month in advance so, for example, you would pay at the end of April when you receive your invoice to cover storage of May and so on each month.
We ask that a standing order be set up to be paid on the 1st of every month. Alternatively you can pay by online transfer or at our office with cash or cheque.
We do not currently take DEBIT or CREDIT card payment.

“Is there a minimum or maximum time I can store?”
The minimum length of storage is one calendar month. Other than that, you can stay as long as you like!
We only ask a notice period of 15 days to terminate your contract with ourselves.

“Can I come and view the facility prior to taking storage?”
Absolutely! In fact we encourage it.
You need to make sure that the chosen size meets your requirements and that you are happy with the service we offer.

“I need boxes and packing supplies. Can you help?”
A range of packing supplies and boxes are available to purchase. Just speak to a member of staff who will be happy to help.

“Is assistance available?”
Should you need help then all you need to do is ask. Our attentive staff will no doubt have already offered!
We do provide trolleys and trucks for you to use free of charge.

“Ok, I want storage. What do I do?”
Prior to moving your items into storage we will require you to read through our terms and conditions and ask you to sign a contract with ourselves. We will run through this with you on the day. We will require payment for storage up to the end of the month, this will be calculated on the day. Should there be less than 10 calendar days remaining, your invoice will include the next months storage as well.
Please bring the following:
1. Proof of identity; a valid passport or driving licence
2. Proof of address; a valid driving licence(if not used in section 1) or a utility bill dated within the last 3 months.

FAILURE TO PROVIDE THESE WILL RESULT IN DELAY ACCESSING YOUR UNIT.
