We are open 6 days a week – Monday to Saturday 9am to 5.30pm. We are closed Sundays and Bank Holidays. Extended hours may be available on request for move ins and move outs.
Note we are closed Good Friday (3rd April 2026) and Easter Monday (6th April 2026).
Our current extended opening hours are:
Monday – 0830 to 1800
Tuesday – 0830 to 1800
Wednesday – 0900 to 1730
Thursday – 0900 to 1730
Friday – 0830 to 1800
Saturday – 0830 to 1800
Sunday – Closed
Bank Holidays – Closed
We operate on a fixed per calendar month rate for storage units and vehicle spaces. Your first payment is due on the day you move in (or when your free reservation period finishes). Your first payment will be calculated on a day rate up to the end of the first month. Thereafter billing is monthly in advance and payable on, or before, 1st of the month.
Payment is normally via BACS / standing order, however we take card payments only for the initial first period, then we request monthly payments thereafter are made by standing order / BACS.
We are a sustainable business and all invoices are emailed, unless otherwise requested.
The minimum length of storage is one month. Other than that, you can stay as long as you like! We only ask for a notice period of 15 days (including the day notice is given and the day you vacate) to terminate your contract with ourselves.
Absolutely! In fact we encourage it. Drop in during opening hours to view our storage facility and available storage units. Ask any questions and even pick your unit (subject to availability)!
You need to make sure that the chosen size meets your requirements and that you are happy with the service we offer.
We have a range of packing supplies to purchase from strong boxes, bubble wrap, packing tape, tape dispensers, transit blankets, and mattress covers. Please note that you don’t need to be a customer to purchase packing supplies. Just speak to a member of staff who will be happy to help. Take a look at our packaging supplies page for more details.
Prior to moving your items into storage we will require you to read through our terms and conditions and ask you to sign a contract with ourselves. We can run through this with you on the day you move in, or a few days prior. We will require payment for storage up to the end of the month, this will be calculated on day rate until the end of the month. Should there be less than 10 calendar days remaining in the month, your invoice will include the next months storage fees as well.
